Our Lab Director

Dr. Diane Scaduto has a Ph.D. from Baylor College of Medicine in Cell and Molecular Biology and a Master’s degree in Forensic DNA and Serology. In addition to her exceptional pedigree, Dr. Scaduto also has years of hands-on laboratory experience working with Next Generation Sequencing, Laboratory Compliance, Personalized Medicine, and Cancer Research. She is an experienced Technical Lead with a demonstrated history of working in both Forensic and Clinical Diagnostic laboratories.

Our laboratory has earned A2LA accreditation to the internationally recognized ISO/IEC 17025 standard, demonstrating that our testing methods, quality systems, and technical operations have undergone rigorous independent evaluation. From qualified laboratory personnel and calibrated equipment to proper sample handling and validated testing procedures, each part of the testing process is held to established standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Rather than relying solely on a laboratory’s own quality claims, accreditation provides independent verification that the laboratory has demonstrated the technical competence and quality practices required to perform reliable testing.
